A jumper is provided on the userterminal connector for each channel, which may be used to connect the internal 250 ohm shuntresistor into the circuit. The shunt resistor effectively provides a -40 to +40 mA current inputrange. However, the input current should generally not exceed +20 mA, to avoid self-heatingof the input resistor and a corresponding loss of accuracy. A 4 to 20 mA input corresponds to a1 to 5 volt input to the voltage input module. this would then be "scaled to your working range in the ladder logic you write for these inputs. you can alter these inputs one at a time if needed, this way you can have voltage inputs and current inputs from same card.THESE PARTS WERE REMOVED DURING A CONTROLS UPGRADE AND WERE WORKING.HAVE JUST TESTED WITH 331 AND 352 CPU'S, IC693PWR321, PLUS MIXED I/O AND THEY WORK.
